Our state-of-the-art production facility has 30 cutting-edge CNC milling machines to ensure the precise realization of your projects.
Our expertise is based on the skills of 60 employees with a very high level of vertical integration, including experienced CNC milling machine operators who work according to an efficient two-shift principle. This guarantees maximum capacity and on-time quality for your individual components and systems.
Assembly
The high level of vertical integration at Märzhäuser Wetzlar is complemented by our precise assembly. Our experienced team is at the heart of this quality: most of our fitters completed their training directly at Märzhäuser, which is underlined by an impressive average length of service of 14.6 years.
This long-standing expertise guarantees maximum reliability and perfection for every system that leaves our premises.
3D Printing
The field of 3D printing is one of the newer business areas at Märzhäuser Wetzlar. However, we are already manufacturing complex parts that we also use in our series production. This area will continue to be expanded in the future and will be more closely integrated into our project planning.
