The demands made on measuring stages are as varied as their fields of application. Märzhäuser therefore supplies stages with micrometer screws or with digital measuring systems, as well as motorized measuring stages for computer-controlled measuring of work pieces. For measuring curved and linear paths, a magneto-resistive (MR) linear scale is used.

Märzhäuser SensoTech has developed a magnetic linear measuring system which is favourably priced in comparison with optical systems and also has the advantage of being compact, easy to assemble and unaffected by dirt.

Custom-built stages and individual developments
On request, Märzhäuser measuring stages can of course be equipped with measuring systems from other manufacturers. Likewise, stages from other manufacturers can be equipped with the MR linear scale. Märzhäuser is also happy to build measuring stages
and systems for special requirements and with special dimensions.
