This micromanipulator is characterized by its extremely rugged construction and is designed for use in applications that require highest accuracy.
The micromanipulator HS 6 is available with manual controls as well as with a stepper motor driving mechanism in two or in three axes (one axis on request).
The movement range is 20 mm in all three axes.
The tilting device mounted to the base plate of the manipulator also serves as coarse height adjustment.
The tool holder can be swiveled in any direction.
In conjunction with the MCL controller steps as small as 0,01 μm are achieved.
