The EK-MR series is a favorable alternative to measuring stages of the MTM-MR series with measuring lengths up to max. 75 x 50 mm.
This series is designed as a 2-plate stage.
A specimen holder moves the object across the stage top plate, which is protected by a wear-free CERASIST coating.
The MR measuring system, developed by Märzhäuser especially for this purpose, guarantees high-precision measurement.
The exact determination of position in max. four measuring axes is carried out by the digital display SCDplus.
