The Märzhäuser SlideExpress is an innovative system for automated handling of slides and samples.
The system consists of a base unit as well as an integrated, high-performance SCANplus scanning stage. A combination, which offers you an unbeatable price-performance ratio!
As an option, you can complement the system with a barcode scanner.
High Capacity:
The basic version of the SlideExpress takes 4 magazines at a time. This means, with a load capacity of 50 standard slides in each magazine, the SlideExpress will provide you with a total set of up to 200 slides (76 x 26 x 1 mm). If you work with other slide sizes than standard dimensions, simply contact us.
In addition, the system is equipped with a priority position for immediate analysis of samples. This enables you to interrupt running operations for urgent examination of 2 manually loadable slides.
Fastest Slide Exchange:
The changeover time per slide is only 9 seconds!
Due to a positive locking connection of scanning stage and magazin carrier, slides are handed over immediately. This avoids time-consuming transportation.
The SlideExpress achieves up to four times more throughput than comparable systems!
Maximum Safety:
Every sample is unique and often irreplacable. For this reason, Märzhäuser now gives you a safeguarding system that ensures that your samples remain completely protected at all times.
The shakeproof magazines are especially designed to ensure a safe transportation of the slides. Not only within the SlideExpress‘ but also outside.
The magazines are stored within the base unit. The compact casing protects your irreplacable samples from any contamination or damage.The slides are handed over by a special multi-slide adapter in one single transfer. This is not only more time efficient but, even more important, will also avoid any loss or breakageof samples.
