Ihre Aufgaben:

• Erstellung und Pflege von Montage-/Bedienungs-/Betriebsanleitungen für Mikroskopiezubehör (Hardware und Software)
• eigenverantwortliche Planung, Durchführung, Qualitätssicherung und Produktion von Dokumentationsprojekten
• Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Fotos und Illustrationen
• Weiterentwicklung von standardisierten Prozessen zur Optimierung der internen und externen Technischen Dokumentation
• Terminologiemanagement
• Unterstützung des unternehmensweiten CE-Managements

Ihre Qualifikation:

• Abschluss als Technischer Redakteur (m/w) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
• sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
• gute Englischkenntnisse
• sehr gutes sprachliches Ausdrucksvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich, zielgruppengerecht und sachlich richtig darzustellen
• Grundkenntnisse in der strukturierten und standardisierten Texterstellung
• Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Redaktionssysteme wünschenswert
• solide Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Richtlinien/Gesetze/Normen
• souveräner Umgang mit Text- und Layoutprogrammen (MS Word, InDesign)
• Grundkenntnisse in der digitalen Bildbearbeitung (z. B. Adobe Photoshop)
• Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit 3D-CAD-Programmen wünschenswert
• verbindliches Auftreten im Umgang mit Lieferanten und Kunden
• Kommunikationsstärke

Job Responsibilities:

• Supports technical sales team with incoming customer enquiries
• Clarifies technical details in direct contact with our international customers
• Designs and optimizes mechanical and electromechanical components
• Carries out customized design and project planning independently
• Creates CAD models and drawings in Solid Works
• Creates parts lists

Experience Required:

• Is a qualified worker with completed apprenticeship in metal working /
  fine mechanics
• Can competently handle CAD systems, ideally SolidWorks
• Has a long-term professional experience in design and construction
• Has good working knowledge of written and spoken English
• Has good knowledge of MS Office

Job Responsibilities:

• Adjusts and operates CNC – controlled lathes and milling machines
• Independently manufactures small series with conventional tooling machines as well as with CNC machining centres
• Programmes CNC machining centres for lathed and milled parts according to drawings

 
Experience Required:

• Has a completed course of vocational and educational training within the metal-working industry
• Is experienced in operating and programming multi-axis controlled CNC machines
• Ideally has operating knowledge of Heidenhain and Siemens controlled machines
• Works precisely
• Is willing to do shift work in two-shift operation

Job Responsibilities:

• Independently mounts and installs high-precision fine mechanical products
• Coordinates assembly orders from provisioning to quality assurance

Experience Required:

• Has long-term professional experience in mechanical or electronic assembly
• Can work carefully and independently

Job Responsibilities:

• Produces premium quality coatings on small and medium sized components
• Maintains the paintwork department

Experience Required:

• Has a completed course of vocational and educational training as painter and varnisher, ideally with a master craftsman’s diploma
• Has a long-term professional experience in painting and varnishing technically sophisticated mechanical components
• Is highly motivated and a good team player
